Tuesday, September 18: „Current status and challenges“

14:00 – 14:10 Welcome and logistics, approval of agenda

14:10 – 14:30 Gianluca Baldassare: Feedback from Reviewers

14:30 – 15:00 Discussion: how can we best address the Reviewers' concerns?

15:00 – 16:30 Brief status updates by the participating partners, 10-15 minutes each:  Sheffield, CNR, Aberystwyth, IDSIA, Frankfurt, Ulster

16:30 – 17:00 Wrap-up and planning of next day, especially the „technical meetings“.

  

Wednesday, September 19: „Developing the work plan“

 09:00 – 13:00 Developing the work plan: parallel sessions for CLeVeR-B and CLeVeR-K; specify work packages, responsibilites, coordination between the partners, mutual visits, time line, contingency plans, etc., for the remainder of the project.

13:00 – 14:30 Lunch

14:30 – 19:00 Technical meetings in small groups: small in-depth discussions of technical matters, e.g., how to interface module X by partner A with module Y by partner B, etc.; how to improve partner A's computational model of partner B's experiment, etc.

19:00 – 22:00 Dinner

  

Thursday, September 20:

 09:00 – 09:30 Presentation of detailed work plan for experimental studies

09:30 – 10:00 Presentation of detailed work plan for CLeVeR-B, including contingencies

10:00 – 10:30 Presentation of detailed work plan for CLeVeR-K, including contingencies

10:30 – 11:30 Discussion: what (additional) synergies can be exploited between the work plans?

11:30 – 12:00 Revision of work plans in light of discussion

13:00 – 14:30 Lunch, end of meeting
